How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on the size and style of the candle — most of our candles burn for many cozy evenings. You can find the approximate size of each candle on its product page. For the longest, cleanest burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each lighting and let the wax melt all the way to the edge on the first burn.
What wax do you use?
We primarily work with coconut soy wax and natural beeswax. Both are clean-burning, hold scent beautifully, and are a more natural choice than paraffin.
Are your candles scented?
Most of them, yes. Each product page lists the scent (or notes when a piece is unscented and made for decor). If you are sensitive to fragrance, look for our beeswax pieces — they carry a light, natural honey scent.
How much is shipping?
Flat rates, no surprises: $16.99 for orders shipped within Canada and $36.99 for orders shipped to the USA. Every order is shipped with tracking.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are packed by hand and usually ship within 2–4 business days. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
If your candle arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because candles are a personal, scented product, we cannot accept returns of used or burned candles.
Do you take custom or wholesale orders?

How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, keep the candle away from drafts, never leave it unattended, and stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
